Be Going To

Polanya: Subject – to be – going to – verb1 – Object

Ini adalah part grammar yang bukan termasuk tenses, but I’m guessing it’s important for you to have this. Banyak yang belum paham beda be going to dengan simple future.

So, persamaan:

be going to dan future sama-sama tentang prediction.

E.g: Watch out! You’re going to cut yourself! [atau you will cut yourself, sama saja]

Sedangkan perbedaan:

Be going to adalah prior plan, sesuatu yang sangat diyakini akan segera terjadi. Kalau future adalah lebih pada willingness.

E.g: Don’t worry, I’ll help you there.

I’m going to let you out now. → biasa dibaca dengan “gonna”

For number 2 until 5, you put the verb into the correct form using “will” or “going to”.
